The front elevation is carefully composed to establish a strong street presence, drawing on traditional agricultural proportions and materials reinterpreted in a contemporary way. A clear and legible entrance sequence has been created, with simple detailing and robust brickwork giving the three townhouses a cohesive identity while providing a calm, welcoming arrival experience.
The interiors are designed around clear, efficient layouts that support modern day-to-day living, with open-plan kitchen, dining, and living spaces forming the heart of each home. Material choices and finishes are intentionally restrained, allowing light, proportion, and connection to the outside to define the internal experience, with direct access to private external spaces enhancing flow and usability.

The rear elevation is designed to open up the homes to their private gardens, with carefully positioned glazing bringing natural light deep into the main living spaces. A strong visual and physical connection between inside and out supports everyday family life, creating flexible spaces that extend naturally into the garden and enhance the overall sense of openness.
The overall design carefully balances what is retained and what is newly introduced, with each architectural decision made to reinforce a clear and consistent external character. Traditional references inform the massing, proportions, and material choices, while contemporary detailing and interventions are used selectively to improve performance, clarity, and liveability without diluting the architectural intent.
