From the lane, the house reads as a classic farmhouse: brick bands, gabled dormers, timber casements and tall stacks. A simple gravel court and oak-framed porch give a calm, ordered arrival.
To the garden, a two-storey glazed gable and terrace connect living spaces to open countryside. The result is bright, usable space without losing rural character.

Hawkstone Developments kept the brick elevation’s rhythm—three front gables, compact windows, balanced chimneys—while adding a rendered side wing to discreetly house the garage. Rooflights and flush doors keep the street view quiet and traditional.
The garden elevation shifts to glass and clean lines. A double-height screen lights the stair and landing; a slim balcony and wide sliders open bedrooms and kitchen to the terrace.Inside, clear glass balustrades, timber floors and large-format tiles create a simple, durable finish. In-frame cabinetry and a generous island support family use while aligning with the external paving for seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
