Hawkstone Developments has been appointed to complete a full renovation and refurbishment of Barrow House, a traditional stable building that used to belong to the former Barrow Hall, as well as a further attached dwelling. We have been tasked with providing our full design package for this property, including a full measured survey of the property and grounds, concept design including full plans, elevations, and a detailed 3D model of the property to show proposed design ideas, and then the developed design stage of preparing documents for planning. We are also to produce technical designs of the renovations and project manage the job from conception to completion.
